Jeremy qualified as a member of the RTPI in 2002 having read Urban Planning & Management at the University of Nottingham and Town Planning at Newcastle University (post-graduate).
Having graduated rapidly through the business, he was made a Partner in 2006 and has been involved in a wide variety of work including residential, education, health, retail and other large scale commercial development. Jeremy has over 15 years experience of public and private sector planning and has a great deal of experience in project managing the planning aspects of numerous multi-million pound projects across many sectors of development and across the country.
As a Director of the business, he continues to act for a number of large scale developer clients across the region and have been particularly closely involved in education, residential and mixed use development schemes over the last few years. Jeremy is also experienced in preparing viability appraisals in support of planning applications successfully demonstrating the need for a reduction in contributions on a number of schemes.
Jeremy is an affiliate member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and continues to act as a APC mentor for graduates working towards RTPI Membership and led on the firms appointment as an RTPI Learning Partner. He has also involved in the trailblazer team that is looking to deliver a new Town Planning apprenticeship.
An Associate Member of the RICS Jeremy has also been involved in a number of viability appraisals in support of new development across the country.
