Park Street Car Park

The proposals comprise the demolition of the existing car park and the construction of a new hotel with a basement car park, providing 225 vehicle spaces and re-provision of existing cycle parking. The planning application will be made by Marick Real Estate and Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP).

Marick Real Estate and Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) are committed to consulting with the community and look forward to receiving your views before we finalise our proposals and submit a planning application to Cambridge City Council.

Consultation Event

A drop-in consultation event will be held regarding the redevelopment scheme. We would like to invite you to attend the exhibition, which will be held at:

The Guildhall, Market Square, Cambridge CB2 3QJ
Thursday 16th May 2019
from 2:00pm to 9:00 pm

Exhibition boards will display the emerging plans for the proposed development and members of the professional design team will be on hand to answer any questions. 

For those who are unable to attend the consultation event, the downloadable version of the exhibition boards will be made available online during the week of the consultation event and remain online thereafter.

We welcome your comments on the development proposals. There are four ways in which you can make your views known.

1. Complete a feedback form at the consultation event and post in the comments box (or hand directly to one of the team)
