Former Boilershop, Gateshead

A planning application is being prepared for submission to Gateshead Council for the conversion of the Boilershop at Ochre Yard into residential apartments.

Proposed Development

Our client intends to convert the former Boilershop into residential apartments. The proposed development will comprise of 63 units in total. The conversion of the main building will comprise of 3no. one-bed and 33no. two-bed duplex apartments, along with 5no. one-bed and 2no. two-bed apartments. The eastern open yard will see the addition of a new extension which will contain 10no. one-bed and 10.no two-bed apartments. The development will also create new car parking facilities on the site.
