Why Public Consultation?

Since the adoption of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act of 2004 and subsequently NPPF community consultation has been a key part of the planning system and such consultation is increasingly expected of proposers of planning applications.

ELG Planning's Service

ELG Planning's community consultation page provides the opportunity to comment on applications or proposals which we are promoting on behalf of our clients.
