The firm offers a full range of town planning and development services including assistance with planning applications and appeals / inquiries / hearings, enforcement, lawful development certificates, development plan representations, preparation of development briefs, sustainability appraisals, design statements, master plans, community involvement exercises and regeneration studies.

We also offer assistance in specialist areas, in particular: retail planning and impact assessment, economic impact advice, renewable energy development, listed buildings and conservation areas and urban design. We have also seconded staff to assist local authorities, providing specific development control expertise. We have experience of leading and working as part of multi-discipline teams on large scale developments, including environmental impact assessments.

The practice was awarded RTPI Learning Partner status as well as being made a 'smarter planning champion' through the planning portal.
